ABOUT THE BUSINESS
THE GOAL
My objective is to design landscapes that are rewarding for both people and the environment. My designs utilize edible and native plants to create a productive landscape that feeds both your family and local pollinators.
Inspired by permaculture, the goal is to forge a reciprocal relationship between people and nature. In this relationship - landowners support the growth of a diverse ecosystem within their landscape. The plants offer their beauty, nutritious home-grown food, and environmental benefits in return.

EDIBLE PLANTS
Edible gardening is my specialty! I use perennial edible plants to enhance your landscape. I love to include fruit trees, nut trees, asparagus, blueberry bushes, grape vines, strawberry patches, and many more Edible Perennials in my designs!
Annual edible plants (such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.) provide a wealth of fresh, home-grown food. I can establish an in-ground vegetable garden for you or construct raised garden beds for easier accessibility.

NATIVE PLANTS
The addition of native plants greatly improves the ecological value of a landscape. They act as host plants for pollinators and predatory insects that keep undesirable garden pests in check.
These plants support wildlife by providing nutrient-rich seeds. They also host a variety of insect larvae in the spring; the most important food source for young hatchling birds! In addition to their environmental benefit, native plants will provide stunning beauty to your landscape.
